“REENTRY THROUGH SELF SURRENDER”
Day 5

John 3:31-34

Yesterday we discussed what it means to be born again (born of the Word and born of the Spirit). Today lets further the discussion about ways Our Father sends the Holy Spirit gives the Holy Spirit to us. John 3:33-34 says “Yet those who embrace His message know in their hearts it’s the truth. The one whom God has sent to represent him will speak the words of God because God has poured out upon him the fullness of the Holy Spirit without limitation.”

What ways does God give the Holy Spirit without measure? Through baptism, of course. Its Christ who baptizes us in the Holy Spirit (John 1:33) and endows us with power from on high. (Acts 1:4-8; Luke 24:49). In this instance, Calculated Entry is still surrendering to the Lord to fill you with His fullness. This is not just a onetime good deal. Are you feeling empty lately, overwhelmed, callous, numb, or anxious? Ask him to fill you again.

Think about this for a moment. You are pouring a cup of fresh brewed coffee or tea preferably for me. Then place it on top of the saucer but there was a little too much in it. If its not level some will naturally spill over onto the saucer. Enough for us with some leftover. You dear one are that saucer. Enter into the OVERFLOW by emptying yourself to make even more room for Him to move in your life. How?  In giving to others your journey has secured space to venture out and not stagnate because of what’s building up on the inside. Romans 15:29 Paul wrote, “I shall come with all gifts and graces of God’s Spirit and the gospel of Christ.” God is establishing His fullness upon your entrance. This value is Yours each and everyday.

Let’s pray…Father God, help us to know how wide, deep, long, and tall Your love is. Let us experience that amazing endless love. I lift my hands and heart in surrender to You so I may come to personally experience the Love of Your Son Jesus. Take me beyond what I can comprehend. Fill me up throughout my entire being with all You are. Show me Your glory. Flood me with Yourself. Carry out Your purpose super abundantly beyond my greatest prayer, hopes and dreams. You are powerful, work in me for the glory of Your name, Your church, and Your Son.  In Jesus name, Amen
